Seth Jordan grew up in Rhode Island and graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina. He went on to work for ESPN in New York City, but felt compelled to serve after 9/11. Seth, with his wife Katy, moved to the Bozeman, MT area after nearly 10 years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Seth was designated a Naval Aviator and served as a UH-1 Helicopter pilot. Seth has flown over 250 combat missions and coordinated numerous emergency aviation operations as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) during multiple tours to Helmand Province, Afghanistan. During his career, Seth served as an Instructor pilot, Forward Air Controller and Aviation Safety Officer.
Seth’s personal military decorations include the Air Medal Strike/Flight Numeral 7, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal with combat distinguishing device ("V") and three gold stars (in lieu of fourth award), Combat Action Ribbon, Presidential Unit Citation, Navy Unit Commendation, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and the Humanitarian Service Medal.
Seth has also served as the first Executive Director for a non profit serving combat injured veterans from OIF and OEF called Warriors and Quiet Waters based in Bozeman, MT.
